Do you deliver all over Bangladesh?
Yes, we deliver nationwide across Bangladesh. We cover Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, and all other districts including remote areas through our trusted courier partners.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Dhaka takes 1-3 business days. Outside Dhaka, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery options are available for faster shipping.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are ৳115-150 inside Dhaka and ৳130-150 outside Dhaka, depending on product weight and location.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cash on delivery (COD) for your convenience.
Is cash on delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available across Bangladesh. You can pay in cash when you receive your product. A small COD fee may apply for orders outside Dhaka.
Order & Retunrs
Can I return or exchange products?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. Products must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact. Some items like undergarments and personal care products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order status in the "My Orders" section of your account or contact our customer service.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately at no extra cost to you.
